DATA IMPORT – We will usually do your simple data import for free. However for more complicated data imports we will charge a small fee negotiated before we commence

If you use our reception services we will waive any data import fee.

To do a data import we have to write special programs and re-tag everything.

Our cost per month INCLUDING phone and fax lines (Any fax we receive can be auto forwarded to you as well)

  1. Person clinic based on $175 per month is $0.56 to 56 hours per week
  2. practitioners and the cost is $0.71 per hour

Remember the cost for you to employ a receptionist for example, at a rate of $20.00 per hour plus super, holiday and sick leave entitlements is really $23.55 per hour plus associated extras, (replacement whilst on leave maternity leave, family leave, etc.)

You keep control plus have your patient’s services enhanced with NO WAITING on hold and patients have extended hours to call you.

You can have weekly data backups sent so you always have a copy of YOUR data on YOUR computer. (A small fee applies for this extra service).

  1. Having all calls BEFORE and AFTER your normal hours diverted to us to capture out of normal hours business.
  2. When your lines or staff are BUSY have calls diverted to us so no one is kept waiting or hangs up. No lost patients
  3. When you need to be away from your office we can take any call and any overload.
  4. Everything is in the practice management software for you to see instantly.

  2. practitioners and the cost is $1.69 per hour

FULL RECPTION SERVICES… A minimum 6 months subscription payable monthly in advance by credit card or bank Direct Debit because we set uyp specialized fax to email services, telephone and fax numbers and email verification services at our cost
